1. What ZEDFINITY is

ZEDFINITY is an unofficial Telegram client: an application that uses the storage associated with your own Telegram account. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Telegram FZ-LLC in any way. You must maintain your own Telegram account in good standing and comply with Telegram's Terms of Service; ZEDFINITY cannot override, bypass, or shield you from them.

2. Your content and your responsibility

Files you store through ZEDFINITY live in your own cloud, under your own account. You remain solely responsible for that content: what you upload, whether you have the rights to it, and whether it complies with applicable law and Telegram's terms.

ZEDFINITY is a tool for personal cloud storage. You agree not to use it to store or distribute content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, that infringes others' rights, or that violates Telegram's terms. Violations can and do result in action by Telegram against the account involved — which is outside ZEDFINITY's control.

3. No warranty

ZEDFINITY is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Storage availability depends on Telegram's infrastructure and policies, which ZEDFINITY does not control. Always keep independent backups of anything irreplaceable; that advice applies to every cloud service, including this one.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the ZEDFINITY developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including data loss, lost profits, or business interruption — arising from the use or inability to use the app or this website. If this limitation does not apply in your jurisdiction, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software, which is zero.

5. Vault encryption and key handling

Vault encryption keys are derived on your device and never transmitted. This is a deliberate design decision: it means ZEDFINITY cannot read your files, and it equally means ZEDFINITY cannot recover your encrypted data if you lose the device and the recovery options were not set up. Keep your Telegram two-step verification password safe, and complete the recovery setup in the app.

6. Donations

Donations in TON (Gram) and USDT on the TON blockchain are voluntary contributions to support development. They are not payments for services, confer no rights or privileges, and are not refundable. Blockchain transactions are public and irreversible by nature.

7. Acceptable use of this website

You may link to this website freely. You may not misrepresent the origin of the ZEDFINITY apps, distribute modified builds, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the software evolves; the current version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date. Continued use of the app or website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
