Writing a useful bug report
A report with a few details is usually fixed within a release; a report that says "the app doesn't work" takes much longer. When something breaks, include:
- Your device model and Android version (or Windows version for the desktop app).
- What you were doing when it happened, step by step.
- What you expected versus what actually happened.
- A screenshot or the exact error text, if there is one.
- Whether it happens every time or occasionally.
Never share your Telegram login code or your two-step password with anyone — including in bug reports. A real support conversation never needs them.
Feature requests
Most of ZEDFINITY's recent features — select-all downloads, full-device auto-backup, synced lyrics — started as user requests. If something is missing for how you want to use the app, describe the situation rather than the solution: the why helps design the how.
Response times
Telegram messages typically get replies within a day or two. Email can take a little longer for detailed investigations. Everything is read, and recurring reports move to the top of the changelog.
